## Description

Ultra-portable 24T carbon tenkara rod, 15-in collapsed, 9:1 action, for trout, crappie, bluegill in creeks & ponds

## Features

- ULTRA COMPACT FOR HIKING & STREAM FISHING // Collapses to just 15 in. and weighs from 1.7 oz — small enough for hiking backpacks, daypacks or jacket pockets. Made for narrow creeks, urban ponds and mountain streams where long rods are too cumbersome.
- ADVANCED 24T CARBON SPECIFICATIONS // Pure 24T high-modulus carbon blank (≈1.3× the toughness of 30T carbon) for rigidity and shock absorption; extra-fast 1:9 action; 0.035 in. sensitive tip; rated for fish up to 2.2 lb; 7–13 precision-fitted sections; 1.7–4.7 oz across 6–12 ft lengths.
- NO MORE SPLINTERING OR STRIPPED CAPS // Standard telescopic poles often arrive with rough edges, carbon splinters and plastic caps that crack or strip. This rod's precision-tapered joints are hand-polished smooth, and the lock-tight aluminum alloy cap keeps every section secure in transit and during the fight.
- BEGINNER-FRIENDLY & GIFT-READY // No reel, no complex casting — a great first rod for kids and new anglers, and a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Father's Day and holidays. Engineered for trout, crappie and bluegill in shallow, small freshwater.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I choose the right size? Which length is best for me?**
A: The 1.8M/2.1M (71"/83") versions are ideal for tight, overgrown mountain creeks where overhanging branches limit casting space. The 2.7M/3.0M/3.6M (106"/118"/142") lengths offer greater reach, making them perfect for wider rivers, open lakes.

**Q: Since it has no reel, how do I attach the line and what rigging do I need?**
A: This is a fixed-line stream rod. Simply tie your main line (monofilament, fluorocarbon, or Tenkara line) to the braided tip string (Lilian) using a cow hitch knot.

**Q: What makes 24T Carbon Fiber better than regular fiberglass rods?**
A: 24T Carbon Fiber provides an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. It makes the rod feather-light (minimizing wrist fatigue during all-day casting) while offering a much stiffer, more responsive backbone.

**Q: The collapsed length is only 15 inches. Will the telescopic joints get stuck or slide down?**
A: Each section is precision-tapered for a secure friction lock when fully extended. To prevent binding, always extend the rod starting from the tip to the handle, and collapse it in reverse order (handle to tip).

**Q: Can I use it in saltwater?**
A: The baked lacquer resists moisture and corrosion. Rinse with fresh water after saltwater use.
