You get a little bag with what is apparently known as a ‘split pin’, then two rubber beads. No instructions. I tried a few times to string the rubber adjustment bead on, to no avail. The top Q&A on here explains how to do this, but I just think it’s a bit ridiculous that I need to dig out a pair of pliers to make this mask adjustable. And you do need the pliers, it’s a fiddly job. The mask is huge and 95% of people will need to use the adjusters.Could the company not have just put these on themselves? Or given instructions? Or even if they made it with long straps so you can do your own slip knot, that would be easier. I wasn't prepared to pay ridiculous designer prices but was happy to pay a bit more for a quality item. These masks are very well made, well packaged and comfortable. They are the first "pleated" type I have tried and I was very happy with the fit and comfort. Would have been 5 stars except my husband says they are not really big enough for him (I bought the adult size) and don't feel as comfy as my home made ones! He says they pull on his ears a bit and he could really do with a larger size. For myself, very happy and would recommend.
