Since the Moscow and Gin Mule craze is in, the copper cups have become very expensive. These work just as well and are lots cheaper!I was a little hesitant about purchasing the mugs because others had mentioned a black residue on them. When they arrived, I did notice the residue, even after washing. It seems to be some carbon leftover from the material prep process or maybe oxidation of the steel.
