One of the best natural sleep aids I've ever taken, and I've tried em all. Deep, regenerative sleep and no drowsy feeling in the morning. I combine it w/Magnesium Threonate. It's kicks in quickly, I take it 30 mins before bed. I don't take it every night to maintain maximum effectiveness.

This was the missing ingredient from my sleep stack. Sleep quality has improved with much better latency and efficiency.Now if I could find the magical nutrient to minimize my tossing and turning.I'm currently taking 1 capsule an hour and a half before bedtime.
