The customer support was really good and was resolved in a timely manner. ### ⭐ Didn't work so returned *by D***D on 7 December 2022* Plugged into my laptop and worked for a few seconds before it effectively rebooted itself / lost the connection to the laptop. This caused the laptop to lose its power source so the external screen went off, and the external hard drive got ejected abruptly. This repeated around 10 times in 5 minutes at which point I decided I wasn't going to keep it and submitted a return. No point having something faulty that might drop the hard drive during a critical operation.
