Frankly, it sounds about as unappetizing as it can get with white kidney bean extract in the ingredients. It does have a lot going for it, including the fact that it’s low fat, high fiber, and is sweetened by sucralose. There are ten small packets in the package, the perfect setup for the on-the-go person. A packet can be easily put in a purse, backpack, or in a desk drawer.Preparation was simple. I put a packet of the cocoa mix in some hot water and stirred. It dissolved easily with no clumping. I was a bit hesitant to give it a taste test, but when I did, I was quite pleased. It was very, very good with no off taste at all. The only drawback is that a single package is quite expensive at around $10.
