I must have spent a good hour looking at different workout bands or exercise bands, whatever you want to call them. I finally settled on these bands because of the reasonable price and it looked like a quality product. After getting and using the bands I can say that they are just terrific. There are 5 bands in total from 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 lbs., also coming with 2 cushioned handles, 2 ankle straps, and a door anchor. There is also a handy bag that you can store and carry your equipment in, so if you're on the go you can still get a whole body workout anywhere. I've used these exercise bands twice thus far and they do exactly what they are made to do...get me ripped!!! Well, not quite yet...but the bands are well made and I can see getting tons of usage out of these things.The only thing I didn't like about this product was that there was no literature for how to best use the bands (just the bands and accessories), so for people that want to get in shape and have no clue how to best use the bands there is no information within the product itself. Otherwise, I think this is a great product that will help people get in shape for the new year. Portable and the weight of each band is clearly marked.2. Resistance bands are a perfect work out for beginners as well as those who are experts.3. Stackable. Each band has clips on each end which makes it super easy to clip onto the handles or ankle straps (this is what I liked the most).4. The nylon carry bag is super compact and hold the whole set. I was imagining this gigantic box but all of the bands and the straps keep nicely in this drawstring bag.5. The product is made quite well. Strong, sturdy and the durability appears to be totally capable of lasting you awhile. The lifetime money back guarantee is pretty awesome, too.Overall, it's a great product. I would only say that it does not come with any type of instructions of use nor a work out manual. The company did send me an email and link of their Facebook page which has a lot more thank just resistance bands. These exercise bands are wonderful for someone wishing to exercise using a resistance work-out method. The bands & attachments let you work out any part of your body. I find being stackable gives me enough resistance no matter what body area I'm working. If you are very strong & feel a little more resistance would be better, my advice is to make each movement slowly. Moving slower makes each weight level provide a much tougher work-out. I also love the stretch & ability to stop an exercise if there's pain better than weight training using fast repetitions. After my work-outs, my muscles feel nice & stretched out too. Last week I had to go away on business & took my bands along in the provided bag. Personally, I am more likely to work-out from "home" versus having to leave my house, room or office to go & work-out. So I actually did do my work-out faithfully during my trip. The only thing not included was a manual. But even if it came with one, I still went YouTube & see all the different ways to use these bands.
