This time upon purchasing through desertcart, however, the palm oil I purchased had leaked due to a loose lid and some of it out through a pinhole in the bag supposedly sealing it. While most (90-95%) was still contained in the bag or container, it was very disappointing to see some spilled out. Update/ Edit: While there still was a leak in the bottle and bag, one of the (many) things I do like about Essential Depot is their customer service end. I was contacted by Essential Depot's customer service via e-mail which they stated they would correct the problem by sending a replacement. Up until now I have not had to deal with Essential Depot's service line, but they handled it well and I am impressed. Mistakes do happen, I realize, and Essential Depot recovered very well.
