Fried eggs now stick to it as someone else has mentioned but it used to wash off fine. Will probably get another one but one year isn’t very long lasting Does have a scent when you first use it that goes away with use but not as bad as the regular non stick PFA pans. Those pans leave a chemical smell in my nose & throat whereas this one is much more subtle. Feel a lot better using this. Doesn’t stink up my kitchen every time with chemical scent like other pans & it’s now scent less & have used it a fair bit with silicone utensils. If you over heat the non-stick surface and burn something to it it will no longer be non-stick. If the grease is smoking, you have it too hot. It is about ready to catch fire. That will ruin anything other than cast iron. **Q: What is the inside diameter of 12” frypan?** A: The inside bottom is 9 inches, I found this pan to be big enough for just about everything I cook in a frying pan. I' m looking for a smaller pan maybe an 8 inch frying pan but would buy the set if i to?** A: From what I read and understand, the pans would be 10" & 12", since the smallest fry pan they have is 10". Although, I will say I purchased 3 other similar advertised pans and Blue Diamond is by far the best of the 4 and he now wants an entire set of them. I would definitely recommend the Blue Diamond in any size if your looking for a good quality fry pan!
