Yes, our H2O in general (standard, bulk and mini big daddy) will be able to hold up when you swim. Our H2O tape is 7% stickier than our standard adhesive rolls. The H2O tape is for people involved in a lot of aquatic sports and for people who sweat a lot. In order to get the best experience using our tape, especially the H2O, please follow the instructions below: 1. Be sure to have clean, dry skin with no lotion or oils present. 2. If hairy, clip the area. You don't need to shave the area completely but the tape does need to touch skin. 3. Do not stretch the ends of the tape. Use very little tension when applying. If too much tension is applied the tape will pop off. Once you follow these instructions, you should be able to use the H2O while swimming for a few days. We have instructional pamphlets in each of our rolls of tape to show you have to apply this tape on various parts of your body. We also have Youtube videos as well.
