## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the ground beef patty stick to the press? And is it made in China?**
A: Yes, sometimes the meat sticks. But I have found if you leave it on the burger as it cooks for the first 30 seconds the melted fat will let it come off with a little twist as you lift without sticking.

**Q: How much the thickness of the Steel ?**
A: The material thickness of stainless steel base plate measuring 0.06 inch(1.5mm),  heavy duty and thick enough

**Q: Seller; is there something different about this one versus the press & burger hat/cheese melt dome set? $20 for a Hulisen 5.5" + dome!?**
A: Only difference is size the 5.5 is smaller but comes with dome. The 6.2 seems heavier and unless you really want dome it seems better I have both.

**Q: Does it have a non-stick coating?**
A: No it doesn't have a non stick coating  on it.

Amazing little tool for making smashed beef patties. The solid stainless steel design gives a really good, even press and helps create those crispy, caramelised edges you want in a proper smash burger. It’s comfortable to use, feels very well made and sturdy when pressing down super hard, and is very easy to clean afterwards. We use it regularly and it does exactly what it’s meant to do. Highly recommend if you enjoy making burgers at home.
