I received the package. I opened it and put it together and it worked semi well for a total of about 30 seconds and then it completely stopped working. I read everything I could and tried to figure out what could possibly be wrong but there was nothing that could be done. This is the worst purchase I've ever made through Amazon. I was so very disappointed. It was a nightmare. Thank God for the sweet women working customer service!!!
