It stretches and bends with you. They are very lightweight , so they don’t do much for warmth on the cold days, but great for warmer days. Perfect for hospital nursing. I’m 5’ and about 140lbs. I got petite large. The length on the pants is perfect. The only negative thing I can say is that on the shirt, the pockets are not very deep. My phone has dropped out of them several times. Also, I’m wondering about the durability of the fabric.
