For one example of horizontal, google "SC63-LB" Trimantec has them for about $3 each. The sc63-fa might work also. Amazon has some other options - look up "ca-63 Foot Flange" or cb-63. You should double check the measurements, but all SC cylinders (same with sda etc) are supposed to have the same specs within the same bore size, so you don't need to get one specifically for a brand.
