I use them as I work on my vehicles and they do a good job of protecting my hands and knuckles. The grip is great and I can hold onto my tools without any problem. The reason I knocked off one star is because of the thumb length. The other fingers fit perfectly, but the thumb is way too long. If you have a thumb the length of your index finger these will work great. But, if you're like the rest of us you may find it a bit annoying to have so much extra room at the end of your thumb. ### ⭐ Sizing problem - acknowledged by company and other reviews *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2017* There is a huge lack of proportion for your fingers. All my fingers fit perfectly except for the pinky. There is more than a half inch of extra space. This makes these gloves unusable. And if you read the reviews this is a common ptoblem and one they acknowledge themselves. I believe i have average to large hands.(I know that didn't help much but i mention it anyway).It is always hard to get the right fit anyway. I think I would prefer it a bit tight then too loose. It feels like its stretching but I haven't been wearing them long enough yet to see if they will stretch or give a little to fit perfect.
