It took me 7 months to put two and two together that this bra contributed to causing clogged ducts and mastitis. When pulled to the side it causes pressure on the side on your breast that doesn’t allow the milk to flow. Anytime I wore this bra for a couple consecutive days I would get a clog, the last turned into mastitis and made me really start trying to figure out the cause.
