I was never able to bring it to the level of sharpness for a good shave in spite of using a variety of stones and a strop. It’s thick and heavy. Awkward. The steal looked very Damascus steal craftsmanship. But nothing like vg10 steal. I have shun kitchen knifes and that steal is the best. And my kitchen cutlery is much thinner.
