This is by far the worst experience we have ever had purchasing a product on Amazon (not Amazon's fault). 3 days after receiving the pool we set it up and by the next day it was leaking. It appears to be leaking along an inner seam. I reached out to the company via email asking for a replacement liner or refund (or really any options they have) and received a generic response with an ID # letting me know we would hear from someone within 48hrs. We did not. A second leak sprang up along another seam. Again, I contacted them via email and let them know. 2 days later, still no response. This morning I woke up to an almost empty pool and emailed them again. I don't think we've even had this pool for 2 wks yet and it's already garbage. Over a $1000 (plus the water bill to fill it) out the window because the company refuses to take responsibility for the faulty liner, in fact, they just plain refuse to speak to us about it at all. Blue wave does not care that their product was faulty. Blue wave does not care I spent so much money on their product. Blue wave doesn't care I'm stuck scrambling to purchase a new pool and spend more money. Blue wave does not care period. The company does not respond to customer concerns or complaints at all and I just thought I should warn others. I was polite in my emails, asked for assistance (did not demand anything), sent pictures, sent a copy of my receipts, waited and waited and nothing.

Was horrible dont waste your money put it up started filling and holes all in the liner, tried patching but it was to far gone. Was ripping at the seams as filled up.

This is our second pool and it is still pulling apart at the seams. Leaking. We patch one hole and 2 more appear. Worst pool ever! Do not waste your money on this! Your kids and family will be devastated!!

The media could not be loaded.  My boyfriend purchased this pool for my birthday. He set everything up for it (WASTE OF TIME) and not even 2 hours later the whole bottom seem was leaking. I felt it was completely a waste of time and now have to wait for a refund and take everything back down. I’m very disappointed. They need to take this pool of every platform for purchasing. I’ve never even written a review before but this company deserves it. Please do not waste your money and even more so , your time.

Never in my entire life did I ever think buying a pool would ever be this horrible. We waited two weeks after ordering the pool to even receive it. Finally got the pool and started to put it together. My husband and I get to the very last set of legs, only to realized one last T- frame connection was missing. Called customer care and they gave us two options: get a refund and return the pool or they send us a replacement. Finally I said OK send a replacement and we will take out what is needed from the box. We get the pool filled to where it covers the intake filter, then realize the plastic hose has a leak. So we changed the hose with the replacement parts of the pool that came in. Everything was going fine. Our pool was almost completely filled up, when I realized the multiple leaks near the plug of the pool.. So now we will have to let all of the water out that the pool contains, take it all apart, and reset up the entire pool. Please, I beg you, do not purchase this pool. Unless you don't mind being angry!

I bought this pool and assembled it on Saturday, which was a pain to do. Filled the pool with water and not even 30 mins after it is filled and it started leaking. 3 very small holes/tears came out of nowhere. The pool is very poor quality, awful to install. Now I am praying I can get my money back.

I never had time to even hookup the pump. Pool set was like most above ground pools of this kind, though the polls seemed to be flimsy and not as sturdy as my previous above ground pool. Setup, as I was saying, was easy, no problem. I filled up the pool, which took about 10 hrs from the garden hose. I finished in the evening & the next morning, the pool started leaking in different areas. My picture looks the same as the other bad reviews. I should of listen to them. I hope you take my advice & look elsewhere. This company must have a problem with their liner & the quality of their liner. Now I have to spend the time draining the pool, packaging it up for pickup & find a new pool. Not good.
