**Q: what is the lowest temp that I can set the kettle to?**
A: I’m able to warm and hold water at 104 degrees; I’m also able to boil water or set a temp anywhere in between. Turn the dial left or right to adjust the temperature setting AFTER setting the kettle on the base. Press the button to start heating. You can hold water at the temp you’ve chosen for a period of time by leaving the kettle on the base. If you lift the kettle, you’ve got a short period of time to return it to the base before needing to press the button again to turn on the element. Pretty simple to use.
