I purchased the Speedway Garage Tiles and the ramp edges as a way to (almost) instantly and inexpensively upgrade my floor... and they work!My wife and I snapped 11x18 of these tiles in our one-car garage in about 2 hours (including time to move things stored in the garage around as we worked. We quickly determined two things about assembly: (1) when inserting the tabs ("male") into the loops ("female"), keep the tile with the receiving loop side flat on the ground while butting the tile with the tab side slightly above but flush against the loop tile -- then aggressively press down above each of the tabs to get them to snap-in; this got easier with practice; and (2) snap together a whole row of 11 (the width of our garage) at a time, then join the new row of 11 to the rows that have already been laid down. If it sounds complex here, it isn't, IT'S AS EASY AS PLAYING WITH BUILDING BLOCKS!When we were done, we couldn't believe how great our new floor looked and felt -- walk on it in bare feet and it's warm instead of cement cold (and dusty!).
