I received these headphones and began using them right away. They pair very easily with my Samsung S7 Edge, my ipod (4th gen), my car, and my PC. The sound is very good, with great bass. I really like bass over treble, so these were perfect. The ear pads are very cushiony and comfortable, and fit my ears well (over the ear, not on). I loved them while I was sitting in my living room and just listening to music or podcasts. I decided to take them out to the forest preserve and use them for while I do my 4-5 mile walks. That's when I noticed a problem. Every time my left foot hit the pavement, there was a distinct clunk in the left earpiece. It happened every time my foot hit the ground. Very annoying. So, I contacted Neojdx to see how their customer serice would react to my complaint. They claim to have good customer service, and to stand behind their product. Well let me tell you, their claim is understated. This may have been the BEST customer service experience I have ever had. I emailed them, and within several hours I had a response from Julie that was truly interested in solving my problem. She asked for further details on what my problem was, how it shows itself, and how I was using the headphones. Since they are fairly new in this business, I agreed to take them out again and try several different positions, media (phone and ipod), and whatever I could think of to make this noise go away. Unfortunately it didn't go away, so Julie immediately agreed to exchange them for a new pair. No arguments, just great customer service. In the end we agreed on a full refund, and I'll buy these again. I should note that I also had ordered a gold pair of these headphones at the same time, and have had no problem with those. I do like the product, and the ONLY reason for the 3 star rating is for the first product that I had problems with. Without that issue I would give the PRODUCT 4-5 stars, and give their CUSTOMER SERVICE 6 stars. Thanks to Julie, this was a very good experience, and other companies could take would be wise to follow their example. Do try these headphones. They are worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pair of headphones *by K***K on Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2017* These are great headphones. We bought them to replace another brand that broke and even though these were another $10-$15 more, they seem to be worth the extra money. My daughter wears them the most for watching youtube and listening to music and she said they sound great and that the noice canceling of course is not 100% but it is really good and much better than the others ones. Also, she likes how they fit on her head and ears except the one and really only thing she does not really like is that the ear parts don't turn or twist, they are stationary and when they twist and or turn, they seem to fit better on her head and the final dislike is that it sometimes has difficulty connecting to bluetooth devices like her computer and that irritates her. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice sound, snug, comfortable fit! *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2016* Great sound, snug fit!
