Just remember to reprogram the main sensor to accept a companion switch after installing it. To program the main dimmer to accept this companion, you need to: 1. Go to the main dimmer switch. 2. Hold down the main paddle and the up button until a single led starts flashing. 3. Press the up button to move the flashing LED to the 4th position. 4. Tap the paddle to exit programming mode. 5. You're done! Test the controls from your companion switch. If the instructions don't work, then try again in case a step was not completed correctly. If that fails, then you might have the wiring wrong.
