**Q: How high is the heel from inside the shoe to top of heel?**
A: About 2 1/4 inches

**Q: What is the price 13W ?**
A: The price would be irrelevant if you aren't allowed to try them on... the two pairs I bought I'm a size 12 w and bought a 13 but was still a size too small... good luck

**Q: How do you tie them ?**
A: You do NOT tie them, they are loafers that your feet slip into :)  I bought two pair.. good price and so comfortable.

**Q: can these be tightened using the laces given?**
A: These shoes cannot be tightened with the provided laces. The laces are elastic and are to short to tie.
