**Q: Size - ok - i measure 16" - should i get a medium? or large?**
A: I got the large. Leg, shoulder or knee. You put your arm through, leg through or drape it on my shoulder!

**Q: Directions say to place in its chill bag then place in the freezer. Mine didn’t come with a chill bag, just the sleeve. ???**
A: The sleeve I recieved was packed in a clear zip locked bag. That is the bag I use. It keeps the sleeve from getting frosty and wet. Any zip lock bag would probably work just as well.
