A: Our lemon juice is pressed lemon juice with no sulphites or any preservatives or additives of any kind. It is not from concentrate.  We use it in our cooking process. Thank you for your inquiry.

**Q: How many soups?**
A: Please clarify your question.  But if you are asking how many cups/servings of soups in a packet, then the answer is 9.  Just add 8oz of boiling water to a tbsp of broth powder, stir and sip.

This was recommended to me by an Aryuvedic practitioner as a way to break my fast. I mixed a bit with some chicken broth and it was such a nice way to awaken my belly from my prolonged water only fast. I've actually never broken a fast in a more gentle way. This is a great and soothing product.
