Review: Honest truth about the slim fast diet - I am a 29 year old male 6 foot 1 inches tall slim athletic build. Most of my adult life I fluctuated between 175 and 185 lbs. About five years ago I began working an office job and the weight started packing on. In March of 2016 I had a friends wedding coming up, so i grabbed my suit to try it on and could not believe I could ever even fit in it. I jumped on the scale and it read 228 lbs. According to bmi charts i fell into the obese column. I had to do something. My mom mentioned that after both of her pregnancies she lost the weight with the slim fast plan, so I decided to give it a try. I have a shake in the morning for breakfast, I blend it up with 1 scoop of the Chocolate Royale powder, one banana, 4 or 5 ice cubes, and some skim milk, sometimes I toss in some peanut butter powder too. It's delicious tastes, like a milk shake. I know the normal slim fast diet plan calls for two meals to be replaced, I only do one. For lunch I usually have a greek yogurt, its high in protein low sugar and a kind bar or some fruit and I eat a normal dinner. I try not to eat anything after 8pm , but if I do get hungry I have some fruit. I also started walking, everywhere, if I have to go somewhere and it is in walking distance, I walk there. I set a daily step goal on my phone for 7,000 steps. Every other Sunday I give myself a cheat day to eat whatever I want. After the first month I was down an astonishing 20 lbs. It is now the end of September and I am down a total of 35 lbs, only ten away from my goal and I feel great about it. i would recommend it to anyone. Just stick to it and it works.

I am not sure if its the pandemic and the fact that I'm staying home with no job because I've been feeling lethargic. Slimfast is one key component in my weight loss. I have a sweet tooth and it's hard for me to eliminate sugar completely. So Slimfast is my solution. I've been drinking Slimfast since January 2017, it is only now I thought of leaving a review here to share with you my experience. Because I love chocolates it would make sense that my favorite flavor is the creamy milk chocolate or sometimes I order the rich chocolate royale as an alternative so I won't get tired of the other one. I drink it only for dinner and my goodness it helped with the late night evening craving. I mix it with 8oz of unsweetened almond milk (your guess is right—chocolate flavor!) and shake it using a blender bottle. I drink it at 6 in the evening. After doing this for four months now, I experienced improved sleep because and better heart bpm as well because I no longer eat heavy carbs for dinner. The creamy chocolate goodness is what satisfies me. It says 10g of protein but that is with milk and 5g of fiber which I believe it does because when I have a go in the morning in my bathroom my head is clear and I feel like I can conquer anything that comes to me that day. Creamy milk chocolate has 6g of sugar per scoop while rich chocolate royale has 10g of sugar per scoop. It may seem a lot to some people but to me who eats so much more sugar than this is already a treat and I don't beat myself for it. The taste is good, it helps prevent cravings and migraines at night. No ladies and gentlemen, I will not complain about this. I saw that Slimfast does have diabetic meal replacement powder shake. I should take a look at that but for now, Slimfast is my sweet treat without feeling the guilt after. My husband likes vanilla and strawberry flavor. I once did a neapolitan flavored shake. It was good too if you wanted to mix it up a bit. Sometimes, I also add banana. Today, I lost 30lbs since I started my weight loss journey in May. I would be honest with you and say that this is not solely because of Slimfast. I changed my diet to eat more whole foods, plant-based, and less animal meat along with exercise regimen of cardio and weights. What I can say is that Slimfast helped with my cravings and get to this point.

A: I ordered STRAWBERRY SUPREME (it has the circled 3, 2, 1 on the can. I can't be certain of the CREAMY MILK CHOCOLATE, cause I didn't order that flavor. But if item descript is for that flavor - it will probably be (321) what you want. Hope it's the right one and good luck!
