Some of the nonstick coating has come off, so I started using steel wool to remove most of it. So far all the fries from fresh potatoes have turn out great! Wrote Della, left 3 phone messages and e-mailed DELLA 2 times with no response back.They promise on their website to return responses within 24 hours, but you can't find a phone number anywhere to call them that works. It says leave a voice mail the hours are from 8 to 5. The website I sent the complaints is www.dellaproductsusa.com. And called Phone # 949-344-2588 and finally got someone to answer but was put on hold after I explained what the problem is. I hung up after 38 minutes waiting. A piece of JUNK!!!!!! Bought a Power Air Fryer Oven Very Good Quality and has a 1 year warranty with a 6 year warranty option. Very Satisfied with the Power Air Fryer.
