I've ordered the lasagna and fettucine. However, when I ordered the Penne pasta, I got the rice instead and it is an item that is not eligible for return. I'm not a fan of rice and never have been so it's a lot of money wasted for me. The products themselves are not the problem. It's that I'm stuck with something I didn't order and can't return it.
