Just don't bother. *by M***N on 22 March 2025* When this first arrived I thought I'd been scammed and solid a knock-off pretending to be made by Panasonic. There are multiple spelling mistakes on the box (see photos) and the device didn't warm up as much as something giving off infrared should do. When I contacted Panasonic customer service, they asked for photo evidence and said this IS their item, and the mistakes were theirs. They basically shrugged and said, "oh well, we've got your money so we don't care." How reassuring is it to press an electronic gadget to your face knowing it's been made by a company that couldn't even be bothered to run spell check before printing the boxes?? So I sent it back for a refund which took an ice age to complete. Having done further research, which I probably should have done before buying, and having used it before I returning I can tell you this does NOTHING to improve fine lines either.
