I've always had eye strain when looking at my phone at night without the lights on, but having this filter on really decreased the strain.Con: I noticed that when I took my phone out in the daylight there is a glow to the filter. Light blue/white color to it. Makes it harder to see the screen and I'm assuming it would be worse in full daylight (currently it's cloudy). I have a hard time seeing my phone screen in the daylight anyway so I guess this is not much of a difference. I prefer to have the protection.Easy to put on and I like the fact that my fingers can slide across easier, unlike my previous screen protector.I would recommend this to a friend. I literally received the package today and applied it on a brand-new phone that I have also received today.Out of the box, the protector was showing "stains" on a brand new screen, in the corners. I needed to readjust the protector several times as well due to that. During the process I have seen so many smudges off my freshly washed hands (with soap) like never before. This thing is horrible when it comes to finger prints. The feel is pretty bad as well. The cut out at the home button is not a smooth transition one; neither are the edges of the protector.I ordered a 2 pack and I had to throw 1 out because it was just unusable.I don't recommend this product at all.
