Review: Well built walk-in tub with fast delivery - This is a well built walk-in tub. Shipped quickly and arrived via truck tailgate delivery with no damage within a week of the original order. Tub was well protected, and looked well built as we unpacked it. It operates as expected filling up in less than 8 minutes and draining in less than 2. Controls are simple to operate and the stainless steel/glass door looks better than most standard white acrylic doors giving it an upgraded appeal.

Only one minor glitch encountered. A pneumatic tube from a switch had come unhooked. Quickly resolved with a call to the manufacturer. One word of caution. Our house was built in 1927 and to drain 50 gal of water quickly can overwhelm a sewage system. This caused some backups. We resolved this by adding a vent valve to the bathroom sink drain. Now drains properly. This was not the tub's fault. I would have appreciated this tubs features if I was in my teens.
