After taking this consistently, three times a day, I saw a difference in my body composition within 2 weeks. My clothes began to fit better, and then began to be loose on me. Shirts that I haven't worn in two years, I can now wear. I have dropped one size within a month. My energy level did increase, and I definitely didn't feel hungry. However, for full disclosure, I do go to the gym on a regular basis, and I have tried to make small changes in my eating habits. I still have to work on that! But, I have a lot of weight to lose, like 80 pounds, and I am already feeling better. and looking better. I recommend this product, but don't expect to lose a lot of weight.
