Review: Horrible Seller - We had this shower installed 3 months ago and we thought it was beautiful. Loved it. In the middle of the night we heard a loud glass explosion. Upon entering the bathroom, there was shattered glass everywhere. And, oddly, we could still hear the glass popping on the floor like popcorn. We researched how this could spontaneously happen and learned that due to manufacture issues or a tiny crack in the glass, the glass could explode like it did. After contacting the seller, Sunny, we were told that they could not make sure which panel “we broke” (we sent pictures), that this was not covered under the 3 month warranty and that it was the fault of the installer. They pretty much refused any assistance or responsibility. Horrible customer service. The Better Business Bureau is being notified.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this shower enclosure available with a tillable bsse?**
A: Not sure. The one I bought was without base.

**Q: Do these doors fit with any standard round 36" base?**
A: We didn't order the base but did contact the maker/Sunny shower in California. They send us a better layout for the base, which our is going to be tile.  When you lay out the shower wall they are not the full 36" you have to built out the side walls. I don't know if the door will fit any standard round 36' base.  You can order the base that matches this shower on Amazon when you order the Sunny Shower.

**Q: What are the size in inches of each lateral panel and the size of the door**
A: Each door is 14" by 71"

**Q: What base do I get for this shower?**
A: Get the round base that comes with it. Be sure to double flash the lip.

Absolutely one of the best Shower enclosure on the market. We'll build and looks amazing. So so easy to build and install. Best Shower enclosure for the value it should be more money that's how nice it is. Very spacious in the unit and doors roll with a touch of the finger. Love it.

We had this shower installed 3 months ago and we thought it was beautiful. Loved it. In the middle of the night we heard a loud glass explosion. Upon entering the bathroom, there was shattered glass everywhere. And, oddly, we could still hear the glass popping on the floor like popcorn. We researched how this could spontaneously happen and learned that due to manufacture issues or a tiny crack in the glass, the glass could explode like it did. After contacting the seller, Sunny, we were told that they could not make sure which panel “we broke” (we sent pictures), that this was not covered under the 3 month warranty and that it was the fault of the installer. They pretty much refused any assistance or responsibility. Horrible customer service. The Better Business Bureau is being notified.
