After receiving the vanilla sticks they were dry, broken, the packaging was not vacuum packed, but it did not matter as the product which is advertised as plump moist etc... is completely false. There is no way for me to return the item or to request a replacement. Upon opening the package was not met with a vanilla aroma, actually not aromatic at all. I tried a mixture of water and 80 proof whiskey in attempt to rehydrate the pods and after a day they remain withered dead sticks that or only wet from the liquid. Rip off.
