After 6 months the EPIKGO Hover Scooter would not start even after being fully charged. Emailed EPIKGO for warranty RMA. After several weeks I received the RMA number. I then emailed to ask EPIKGO who paid for the return shipping and an estimated cost for a repair NOT covered under EPIKGO's limited warranty. Please note that return shipping costs approximately $100.00 and USPS will not ship it due to the lithium ion battery. I have been waiting for more than two weeks to hear back from EPIKGO on who pays for return shipping and a cost estimate for repairs.My experience with EPIKGO has been poor.
