I like to apply with my fingers to achieve a skin like finish. It does the job brilliantly. I suppose the hack with this foundation is to use very little and build up as needed. I can’t say how it looks with powder as I do not use it. For what I needed, it was superb. Please keep in mind that this is a GLOWY foundation, I do love it, other people might not.
