For two weeks just one night per peek, then two weeks two nights and then two weeks three nights and continue like that….sunscreen during the day while using this at night it’s a must. The first weeks you will notice a little bit of peeling while the skin get use to the pomade, but eventually it passes. A pea sized amount and i work this into my face and the residue on the backs of my hands. I know this is retinol and it'll take a good month or so to see the effect but I've noticed an immediate improvement I'm my hands. They're looking much healthier - plumper and more even. My face also looks a bit more even (tone and texture).
