Price half that of big box stores. - I vent 2 bathrooms into a single vent out the roof. I needed to install these on each side to prevent backdraft. I disconnect the pipe at the roof vent and installed these then turned on the fan before reconnecting. The flappers opened and worked as expected. Added benefit was the gasket on the flapper. I'm sure the seal is not perfect however it is good enough for what i need. They fit into the existing 4" duct work without issues. Availability was key, local stores did not have anything like these in stock.
