**Q: Is this compatible with 28mm barbell?**
A: I hope 28mm is the shaft of bar, collars are compatible with barbell which has 49.8-51mm sleeve diameter. 28mm barbell, if that's sleeve diameter; it won't be compatible.

The clips were too tight in the beginning it became normal after 1 gym session of usage. Build quality is sturdy, but pricing is a bit too much. The bullrock website sells it for cheaper, but only if u buy other stuff and cover up delivery charge.
