Injected a to be - Oven Roasted Whole Chicken ....Wow! the fragrance draws you in - then the Flavor is remarkable! The Skin that was caramelized was unbelievable good - I found myself "Tasting" it and couldn't stop eating it, just kept chewing and chewing savoring every moment and then realized I had eaten the skin! . .... mmmmmm. Didn't care for the skin on the underside of the Bird though, needs the carmelization - But the Top was Great. !!My husband injected it and didn't know to use the included "Rub", but he always smears the Marinades all over the Bird once he has Injected it good.
