The low-profile look and feel makes it a perfect everyday carry bag. If you are looking for a heavy-duty Messenger Bag for your laptop, tablet, iPad, etc. (max size 12.5inX9.5in) or just a solid base for your bug out bag. It is the best value for your money. Equipped with a set of capacious pockets, allows the user easy customization and personalization. Main compartment is lined with Velcro which allows adding some extra equipment, like holsters or magazine pouches. Padded sleeve inside main compartment keeps your laptop, tablet or other electronic devices fully protected. Bag is secured with a large flap, alternatively fastened with buckles or Velcro. On the inner side of the flap, there is a clear vinyl pocket and, on the outside, a flat zippered compartment. Fully adjustable shoulder strap comes with non-slip pad. Bottom of this messenger bag is reinforced with an elastic cord if you decide to carry some clothing on the outside of the bag. The body side has a flat, zippered pocket that can stow detachable shoulder and waist straps if you decide to carry your bag by its carrying handle alone. **Q: Will it fit an mp5k-pdw.  length 14.5 x 4.5 in the center compartment.  then a few mags in the front compartments?**
A: Should fit if you are ok with it sitting at an angle in the bag. Should work fine.

**Q: Can a 13.3 inch laptop fit in this bag?**
A: The Messenger Bag will hold a 12.5"x9.5" Laptop in the padded location in the bag.

**Q: So whats the difference between the new and old version? just the colors available? will be replacing my 5.11 rush mike bag...**
A: This bag has a few features that have seemed to be removed. The original bottom featured a very nice rubberized coating that gave the bag more durability and a little bit of a waterproof effect. The new one does not have this feature.

**Q: What size water bottle will fit in the end pouch ?**
A: I can fit a 16.9 oz. disposable plastic water bottle in the pouch. Anything bigger than that is going to be a tight squeeze. You can forget about the larger Nalgene type bottles.

It’s a great back and I’ve had it 5 years but if it had one flaw, it’s the water bottle carry size of the pouch.
