I purchased other steamers and nothing no steam just flat and they were sent back immediately, I tried mops that dispensed liquid no good. Last week I decided to try looking for this steamer again and yeah hooray it was on Amazon again, I purchased it immediately. I received it on Monday and you know what the steam is even more steamier if that's possible I absolutely love this steamer, it makes my hardwood floors shine, only thing is linoleum in my bathroom it leave this weird something but not enough to deter me from using it oh am I happy to have this steamer again. I have not used it on my carpet nor do I think I ever will.
