Do they use gluten free caramel color? I don't trust people these days.** A: On the kikkoman site it says that all their gluten free products are certified gluten free by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America. If you research caramel coloring, in the US it is made from rice and if it contains wheat it should be indicated in the ingredient list.
