I did not know there was going to be nose wire, pleasant surprise. The wire is poking through the fabric just a bit on one, but it doesn't contact my skin. There seems to be 3 layers, with a filter pocket on all 6, not thin. The ear straps are black and adjustable. The coverage is perfect for my average size face.
