HOW TO INSTRUMENTS WITH MULTI-ENZYME CLEANERS Step 1 : Dilute ESLOC Solution First time cleaning: If the instrument , equipment or furniture is excessively soiled with deposits on it, use 80% dilution ( 4 parts ESLOC CLEANER +1 part Water ).It can be sprayed on the surface if it is very large as in case large furniture, wall panels etc. Routine cleaning: Prepare 1 % diluted solution of ESLOC Multi-enzyme cleaner by mixing 10 ml of ESLOC in 1000 ml of water. ULTRASOCIC CLEANING: Prepare 5 % diluted solution of ESLOC Multi-enzyme cleaner by mixing 50 ml of ESLOC in 1000 ml of water. ALWAYS USE DISTILLED WATER TO AVOID ULTRASONIC DAMAGE. Step 2 : Immerse instruments Immerse all the instruments in diluted solution of ESLOC multi enzyme cleaner. Instruments should be unassembled and unhinged , if possible. ULTRASONIC CLEANING Water base to be heated to 60 Degree Celcius before immersion of instruments. Step 3 : Contact time 10 minutes Contact time of 10 minutes should be allowed for the enzymes to perform their function in cleaning the surface adequately. The enzymes completely destroy all types of microbiological agents present on the surface. Water base to be heated to 60 Degree Celcius and Ultrasonic power to be delivered for 60 sec to 180 second. Step 4 : Rinse with water Cleaned instruments and surfaces should be rinsed thoroughly to remove enzyme residue for instrument surface. Rinse with 100% Alcohol and than dry. Proprietary Formula Multi-enzyme combination Vigorously tests effective disinfection of all types of medical and surgical instruments. Effective against a high microbiological load of all types of pathological against including drug-resistant bacteria and fungi. Detailed Usage Guide Details instructions for effective use of disinfectant to avoid incomplete disinfection. Rust Protection Regular use ensures rust-proof shiny instruments.
