I have been using fake lashes for a number of years, granted this is the first time using this tool. When attempting to apply the lashes using the given tool, it takes multiple attempts to connect the lashes where you want them. Otherwise, they are half coming off. The only way I could apply these lashes is without using the tool, and even then the lashes had gotten all twisted around after unwanted multiple magnetic connections. Once you finally get them on, for me over an hour of messing with them, they feel a little uncomfortable and irritating, almost scratchy like. They truly are rather difficult to use for the cost of them. I wouldn't spend my money on them again.Edit:No product is perfect, and I believe that this company has a lot of room for improvement! Should they improve the product, they will go far. Customer service is incredible! They strive to make the best of their product. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. That is appreciated. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Magnets are problematic *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2022* They are super easy to apply and take off however, on one set of eyelashes the middle magnet popped off one of them, making them impossible to use. On another set, the middle magnet on one lash was misaligned which caused the upper and lower lash to buckle and it was visibly wavy rather than a smooth curve. Out of 4 sets, I managed to get 3 functional pairs by trashing the two inoperable lashashes and using the remaining good ones together. Additionally, the magnets are large enough to be seen so you MUST wear eyeliner, and due to the placement of the magnets at the end of the lash you cannot trim the lashes if they are too long. Overall I will not buy again and will stick with the magnetic eyeliner ones ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Noooooope *by B***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2022* The problem with these is that it all depends on how well the manufacturer lined up the top and bottom magnets for each pair. The right eye went on flawlessly in a couple tries. But on both pairs of left lashes I received, the magnets on the upper and lower sides don’t quite match up, causing the wire to bend and warp where there is too much length. Pictured is the best I could get, as you can see the middle magnet is lined up flush with my lash line but the inner and outer magnets are nowhere near. Plus, they are very uncomfortable and I was extremely aware of them for just the few minutes I had them on.
