XL fit my hands nicely. They are very durable, puncture resistant, and reusable depending on what you are using them for. No reaction to chemical use. 7 mil is a good all around thickness for the work I do with them. Very few instances of rips or tears while using. Pricing is good for what you get. These gloves are super high quality and fit like a glove. Pardon the pun. They are thin enough to offer you hand dexterity and thick enough not to tear when you put them on. I have yet to tear one during use. They are a bit more expensive then others, but they are well worth not having them tear while in use.
