Should it apply it to the tire, wheel or both?** A: I've used this quite a bit, but only for motorcycle tires, so that's my reference. I apply it all over the bead with a 1 inch chip brush (cheap). I've kept the mixture in a sealed jar for over a year and it still works. I've used soapy water, Windex, etc. They all work to a degree, but I think this works best. **Q: Does this paste stay slippery or does it dry up so that my bead won’t slip? Using it to mount dirt bike tires.** A: It dries to be tacky or sticky **Q: Does this need to be diluted or is it ok to just us as if you don’t want to spray?** A: It can be applied directly without diluting if you want.
