I read a post online suggesting using McKeeson Perineal Skin Cleanser with dry wipes. It has been a game changer. I use a dry wipe to remove the bulk of the stool, then I spray the McKeeson Perineal Cleanser and allow it to emulsify the remaining stool for a minute or so. Then spray a few squirts on 2-3 dry wipes to remove the remainder of the stool. A few more squirts directly on the skin followed by a final dry wipe. My skin feels soft, clean and conditioned.
