I was expecting a cute little crystal ball shaped one that would fit on my dresser next to my bed. Despite it being bigger than advertised it does fit where I want to it and the bonus is the extension chord that came with it is a decent length and the light bulb that came with it works. So, all in all, I like it despite it not being the size and shape that was advertised.
